Only Billable Once Seen

Leads are paid upfront for scheduling and allocation purposes, but they are only treated as billable once the appointment has been seen. If a lead is rescheduled, delayed, cancelled, or found not to meet agreed criteria, we manage that process on our end. This includes handling reschedules, keeping the lead assigned to you where appropriate, and arranging a replacement or backup lead if required so delivery remains consistent and professional.
